How many times can you infuse a jar? A jar can be infused twice. Normally the second infusion will require a juice or sweet seltzer to be added in addition to your spirit of choice as the cane sugar will be used from the first infusion.
Where is Vesper made? Vesper is fully made in Toronto Ontario, Canada. From the cutting and drying of fruits to the infusing process of the cane sugar that goes into each cocktail kit.
Can you make them non-alcoholic? Yes! You can make zero-proof versions of the recipes by substituting spirits out for juices or soda water.
What do you do once the jar is infused? Strain the solids out into a separate container. Then from that container mix the infused spirit with a juice or soda.
